TRABZON CITY TOUR

TOUR PROGRAM

After a 10-15 minute journey, we first visit the Hagia Sophia Museum, a historical Orthodox church built in the 13th century, which has attracted travelers for centuries. After exploring the Hagia Sophia Museum, we will see Trabzon Castle, Gülbahar Hatun Mosque and Tomb, Zağnos Valley, the historical Zağnos Pasha Bridge, and Ortahisar (Kaleiçi) District panoramically along the way.

Next, we visit the Atatürk Mansion, built in the early 20th century and located within a pine grove, where Atatürk himself once stayed. After feeling the spiritual atmosphere of the mansion, we present the famous Trabzon silver filigree (Telkari) products to our valued guests.

For lunch, we head to Sera Lake, where we dine in a local restaurant. The menu includes the famous Akçaabat meatballs alongside regional delicacies such as kaygana (savory pancake), kuymak (cornmeal and cheese dish), pickled stir-fry, and stuffed vine leaves. After lunch, guests who wish can enjoy a lake bike tour on Sera Lake.

Our tour continues to Boztepe, where we enjoy our tea served in traditional samovars while admiring the panoramic view of the city.
